Golden states gets an F! For Judicial Accountability.
Litigants in California have been protesting the failures of the Judicial Council and the Commission on Judicial Performance who fail to hold Judges Accountable for Arrogant, Corrupt and Ignorant rulings that not only devastate us through legal abuse but there are children who are placed in danger because of this corruption. Now that the grade is in when will our Governor, Attorney General and Legislators do something to protect the citizens from Judicial Corruption? How about Senators Feinstein, can we get your help NOW!?
Who Judges the Judges?
Thanks Robin Yeaman for posting-
State Fails in Accountability-
” A new study on government integrity slapped California with a C-minus, and flunked the state on how it provides access to public information and judicial accountability.
Of the 13 categories studied, California got its lowest grade — a 44 — for access to public information, with the report highlighting that the only way people can appeal denials to government records is to sue in Superior Court, a costly and time-consuming process.
The Bay Area News Group recently sued the state legislature to win access to the appointment calendars of two former state senators, Leland Yee and Ron Calderon, after their arrests on corruption charges.”
Grades for all 50 states on corruption
California redeems itself with a C for a total score in 13 areas on government corruption while Delaware took home an F overall along with; Oregon, South Dakota, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Maine, Kansas, North Dakota, Louisiana, Michigan and Nevada
Recalls and Impeachments are the only way! The Judicial Council has refused to hold Judges Accountable, while state legislators fail to reform…send a Judge to Jail see things change.
Kids for Cash Judge goes down! If you don’t know this story, it gives us hope that the public will come to know the corruption and injustice Children face at the hands of Judges in the US.
We look forward to more Judges going to Jail, impeachments and recalls!
