Child Victims Act

What is the Child Victims Act?

It is an act to eliminate the statutes of limitations on child sexual abuse. These statutes of limitations put children at risk by protecting child molesters, pedophiles, and people and organizations involved in covering up abuse from accountability.

Through passing the Child Victims Act survivors have access to justice and the police can do their job protecting our children.

Acts similar to this have passed in our states like Michigan and Delaware.
